It's our main “Team Building" format, usually combined with one of the other explained activities.

Pit-Stop Challenge can be held in a box, in an outdoor area or in a hall of the Monza circuit or Arese circuit (former Alfa Romeo factory test track); we also operate outside circuits, for example in hotels or company headquarters.

In the specifically equipped area, our guest will be divided into teams and challenge themselves with tire-changing operations on a Formula Junior single-seater car.

We provide gloves, lifters and electrical screwdrivers; every team will be put up to the proper use of equipments and intervention methods but leaving to them the organization in order to underline the team-building potential.
